The stack in the gym allows you to adjust the load to your own abilities. Changing the load in the stack is very simple: the lower you put the pin in, the greater the training load will be, the higher - the lighter. The total weight of loads in the multi-gym is 72 kilograms, the discs are placed in a safety net. Perform sets with lighter loads at first, but over time you can increase the load on the sets while reducing the number of repetitions.
- System of reinforced lines and pulleys
The system of reinforced lines and pulleys used in the multi-gym ensures smooth operation of the device. Rope pulleys are equipped with bearings, which guarantees safe and comfortable training. The movement is smooth, and you do not have to worry about the rope slipping. In addition, the rubber protecting the steel lines makes the training machine very quiet.
- Top and bottom lift
Both the upper and lower lift are located in the gym. Using them alternately in training helps to maintain the correct body proportions. The lower lift is completed with additional equipment - a bar, rope and a tie. The lower lift allows you to train and develop the quadriceps. - Folding inclined bench

- Handle and handrails
The at-home gym is equipped with a pull-up handle and push-up rails. - Chest trainer
A special mechanism, on butterfly are rotating levers / handles on both sides of the bench. These grips are used for the flywheel exercises, one of the most effective exercises for the chest muscles. After changing the settings, this part of the atlas can also be used for bench press.
- Leg press
