Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions are straight forward and simple! 

Please be aware that by proceeding with the order, You are agreeing to the below and are fully aware of our terms and conditions.

  • We do not accept returns, unless the product is faulty on arrival.

If the product is faulty on arrival, we ( Clicabox ) need to be notified via E-mail ( help@clicabox.com ; customerservice@clicabox.com ) within 5 working days from delivery.

So, Please on arrival of Your goods make sure You inspect them and ensure that everything is ok. 

  • We do not accept change of mind returns or order cancellations.
  • All of our products are covered by warranty, if the product breaks within the time given. You will be entitled to a repair service or replacement if the repair service is not possible. You will not be entitled to a refund. To avail warranty service, You will require an invoice for the purchase.
  • Our dispatch time of each product is highlighted on each items description and it may take up to 10 working days. 
  • Our customers security is our priority, we will not discuss any orders with a third party. We do not hold our customers card details or any sensitive information.
  • All of our electric items come with European plug, to use the item You will need an adapter.
  • All issues in regards to any of the goods need to be emailed to customerservice@clicabox.com or help@clicabox.com 
  • All refunds will be processed within 14 working days, You will be notified of a refund via email.
  • If a return is accepted, the item will be inspected by our team within 14 working days and a refund will be processed then, if required. However, if a return doesn`t pass our inspection the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Item may not pass inspection, if it is not faulty, item is damaged on purpose.
